Do I get charged a booking fee?
Yes, we ask that you pay a 15% of the total amount in order to book accommodation. The 15% booking fee is a non refundable one.
Do I pay the balance to Apartworld or to the Owner?
The balance after booking fee (deposit) is due to the owner. Details of when the balance is due will be provided by the owner either on the booking confirmation or will be provided after booking.
Is there any difference to booking online to booking over the phone?
No there is no difference to booking online compared to over the phone however if you book online you can book 24 hours a day.
Is it safe to book online?
Yes it's safe as we use SSL (secure socket layer) which ensures that your booking is 100% secure.
What do you do with my information?
Your name, phone number and email address will be passed to the owner of the apartment but not to anyone else.
Can I amend or cancel my booking?
If you wish to cancel the booking please contact the owner direct . You may be charged a cancellation fee depending on the cancellation policy of the owner. You can also amend your booking with the owner direct. If you decide to cancel the apartment you will lose the booking fee. If you decide to re-book another apartment then we will need to pay another booking fee.
What does the star rating system mean?
The star rating is a self-classified one which is given based on the standard of the apartment.
